    The Mend has limited capacity to accept insurance: United and Aetna are two paneled entities that are utilized with select providers.

    For both AZ and CO, Superbills are provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We also utilize Mentaya, a billing conduit that helps you get reimbursed with your out-of-network benefits.

    Types of payment include: FSA and HSA cards, Credit or Debit Cards.
